Once Circulars have become six months or so old they will appear here
in pdf format. In addition, older Circulars will be added in due course.
Also, Circulars from No. 88 (June 1996) to No. 118 (December 2003) are now
available on a CD-ROM for the ridiculous price of only £2.50. Please
